Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Joanna Elliott Interiors. We hope that you are pleased with your order. Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind, therefore should you wish to return an item, please email us (joanna@joannaelliottinteriors.com) within 5 working days of receiving your order, outlining the reason for your return and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging.
Refunds will be credited via your original payment method once we receive your item in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original delivery note enclosed. The order must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving it.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and original delivery costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked postal service to return your item, keeping a note of the tracking reference number. Please take care to package the return appropriately, as any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 24hrs upon receipt of delivery and will endeavor to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please include relevant photos of the damage. We will be able to discuss a full refund/replacement.
